iPod Prize Draw Terms & Conditions.

  1. The prize draw is open to all STUCK customers who book a job from the 7th of April 2011 to the 30th of April 2011.
  2. Entry to the Prize draw is achieved by wishing STUCK Happy Birthday and lodging this as their second job reference at the time of the job booking.
  3. One entry per job only.
  4. STUCKS decisions on all matters regarding the prize draw for an Apple IPOD are final and no correspondence will be entered into. STUCK reserves the right to extend, change or terminate this prize draw at any time.
  5. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
  6. The winner will be notified by a STUCK representative on Monday the 2nd of May.
  7. The promotion is open to all New Zealand residents aged 18 years or older. Overseas entries will not be considered.
  8. Employees, employee’s immediate families, associated companies, suppliers and agencies of STUCK are not eligible to enter this promotion.
  9. By entering the prize draw you accept all these terms and conditions.
